This means within 14 days of receiving the product you need to inform us about your decision to return. You do not have to give us a reason to return but we would really like to know why the item did not meet your approval. You can return it to us within 14 days of informing us about your decision to return. We will  refund the purchase price for the product. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
