You can return items up to 15 days after purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once we have received your parcel in our warehouse, you can ask for a refund of the value of your returned items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Send us proof of payment to  hello@konsha.world with the order number and the items you wish to return or exchange using the reference of the new products you wish to receive.

If the product is not available, a Gift Card will be issued with its value. This does not include any value related to shipping or return, which will be responsibility of the customer.

Mainland Portugal: 3€

Portugal – Madeira Island and Azores archipelago: 7€

Countries in UE: 25€

Other countries: 40€
