When we refer to “Konsha”, “we”, “us” or “our”, we mean Fortune Tech LLC, Bulgaria, EU. Where we refer to “you” or “your” we mean you, the person using the Services.

means the information Konsha collects about the Customer(s)’ name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, username, and password.

“Customer ”

means a customer purchasing products through the Website.

means the information Konsha collects from the Customer(s) about their name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number.

Means the information we share with the Vendor(s) in order to fulfill the Customer(s)’ Order(s). This includes but is not limited to name, address and contact details.

“Return Policy”

means the rules set by Konsha or the Vendors(s) to manage how Customers return unwanted Website Product(s)they purchased. It tells customers what items can be returned and for what reasons, and the timeframe over which returns are accepted.

“Services”

means the services provided by Konsha to the Vendor.

“Vendor(s)”

means party or parties that displays and sells products on the Website. 

“Vendor Information”

means the information about the Vendor(s)’ name, business ID, company address, payment details, contact person, contact person’s email address, and phone number as well as information about the Vendor(s)’ products. 

“Website”

means the website at domain www.konsha.world which is owned and operated by Fortune Tech LLC.

“(Website) Product(s)”

means any product(s) that the Vendor wishes to display and sell on the Website and which Konsha has approved as being suitable for display on the Website.

4. What Personal Information Do We Collect?

1. Device Information:

When you visit the Website, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. When you register a Vendor account on the Website, we collect information about your company name, business ID, company address, payment details, contact person, contact person’s email address, and phone number as well as information about your products. We refer to this information as Vendor Information.

5. How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

1. Device Information:

We use the Device Information that we collect and more specifically the users’ IP addresses to screen for potential risk and frauds. Also, through Device Information, we improve and optimize our Website by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Website, and by accessing the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns.

2. Order Information:

We use the Order Information that we collect in order to fulfill the Orders placed through the Website. This includes processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or Order confirmations. Additionally, we use your Order Information to communicate with you, to screen Orders for any frauds or risk, and to provide you with information or advertising relating to the Website’s products or services but only if in line with the preferences you share with us.

We use the Vendor Information that we collect mostly to process Orders and payments as well as to communicate with the particular Vendor(s). We may use information about the Vendor(s)’ Products for marketing purposes. Also, if necessary, this information can be used to screen for any risks and frauds.        

6. With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Information?

1. If you are a Customer:

In order to process Orders, we share your Personal Information with the Vendor(s) you have purchased from. The Vendor(s) receive your name, address and contact details. The Vendor(s) are under strict instructions and binding contracts to only use your Personal Information to deliver your Order and help resolve any customer service inquiries you have.

Additionally, we share your Personal Information with our subcontractors involved in the purchase process (e.g. payment providers and credit reference agencies). For example, we use WordPress and WordPress Plugins such as Woocommerce to power our online store. In case you are unsatisfied with the product or service you have received from a Vendor, you should contact us and we will serve as a liaison between you and the particular Vendor in order to try and resolve the issue.   

7. Do Not Track

Please note that we do not alter our Website’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

8. Your Rights

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access Personal Information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an Order through the Website), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. We will maintain your Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to edit or delete this information.
