We are starting the week with some inspiration from the land of Johann Sebastian Bach, Herman Hesse and Gerhard Richter. We are presenting twelve pieces from six brands – all based in Germany. This is the country everyone knows for its beer, sausage and gummy bears… yes, gummy bears were actually invented by Hans Riegel, a candy-maker from Bonn. However, what we all also need to know that Germany takes sustainable development seriously. Companies there are committed to social responsibility and CO2 footprint offsetting. The country plans to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions by 55% in 2030 by relying more and more on renewable energy and recycling.
